Guest guest Posted May 26, 2001 Report Share Posted May 26, 2001 Cucumber Dressing Source: Tasty Vegan Delights Blend in a blender until creamy: 1/3 cup raw cashews 1/3 cup diced cucumber 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (add another teaspoon if you like it more lemony) 1 Tbsp. honey (or alternative sweetener) 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Store in refrigerator.
