This is very interesting. . .a great idea for gluten-free waffles.

nut or seed (for protein). One other tip. Some of the none gluten

flours

might do better if you let them set for a while before putting on the

hot

iron. If you can use oats you can soak the oat flakes over night and

then

spoon them onto the hot iron. We used to use milk instead of water. It

was pretty good. Just a few ideas.
