Source: Vegetarian Cooking for People with Allergies

 

1/2 lb. peaches (1 1/4 cups)

1/2 lb. tart red plums (1 cup)

1/2 lb. cherries (1 1/2 cups)

3 cups water

1 tsp. arrowroot, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water

1/2 cup fructose, or to taste

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

 

Rinse the fruit and remove the seeds. Put the fruit through a

juicer, then place the juiced mixture in a blender with the water,

arrowroot, fructose, and cinnamon.

 

Serve in individual bowls topped with soy sour cream or tofu whipped

cream, if desired.
