Halvah Carob Balls

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup almonds

1 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup honey (or alternative such as maple syrup)

 

Grind first three ingredients, 1 cup at a time, in blender. Mix in honey

(or alternative). Form into balls. Dip in melted carob chips. Chill.

 

*Honey alternatives could be: fruit concentrates; maple syrup; brown rice

syrup; etc.
