Guest guest Posted May 15, 2001 Report Share Posted May 15, 2001 Almond Butter Pie Crust 3/4 cup gluten-free flour mix (potato, rice, tapioca works nicely) 1/3 cup almond butter (or cashew butter) 1/3 tsp. salt 1/4 cup water Mix first three ingredients thoroughly. Add water and mix well. Form into a ball and roll between layers of plastic until the thickness of a pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Suitable for both sweet and savory fillings.
