Plain Ice Cream

2 cups soy milk

7 tablespoons sunflower oil

3 tablespoons vanilla essence

3 tablespoons maple syrup

 

Pour 1 1/2 cups soy milk into ice-cube trays and freeze until solid

(approximately 4-5 hours). Put the remaining 1/2 soy milk into a blender,

together with the oil, vanilla and syrup. Add the now-frozen soy milk cubes

and blend until very smooth.

Per serving: 290 Calories (kcal); 26g Total Fat; (79% calories from fat); 3g

Protein; 12g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 16mg Sodium
