Banana Ice-cream

3 large bananas

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 cup soy milk

5 Tbsp. sunflower oil

2 tsp. vanilla essence

 

Peel and coarsely chop the bananas, then place them in a bowl and

freeze for at least four hours. Put all of the remaining ingredients

into a blender, add the now-frozen banana and blend to a thick,

smooth consistency.
