If any of you try it, let me know what you think. Quinoa Stuffing ½ cup onion, diced½ cup celery, diced½ cup water2 cups quinoa, rinsed4 cups water1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sage1 teaspoon savory1 teaspoon thyme½ cup raisins Sautee onion and celery in ½ cup of water. Add remaining water, quinoa, seasoning, and raisins. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Fluff with fork. Let stand another 5 minutes, then serve.
