Guest guest Posted April 29, 2001 Report Share Posted April 29, 2001 LENTIL PATTIES Source: Previously posted to Christian-Vegan-Cooking . 2 cups well-cooked lentils 3 cups fine gluten-free bread crumbs 1 good-sized onion 1 tsp salt 1 cup water t Tbs. chopped parsley 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional) Mix ingredients. Form into patties. Place on a well-oiled cookie sheet. (The recipe suggests using a floured cookie sheet. Haven't tried that yet) Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 min or until nicely browned.
