Guest guest Posted May 2, 2001 Report Share Posted May 2, 2001 Mock Salmon Loaf Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 2 cups tomato juice or V8 2 cups water 2 cups soy flour 1/3 cup cashews or almonds, ground fine 2 1/2 Tbsp. onion salt 2 Tbsp. unbleached flour (or gluten-free alternative) Blend until creamy; place in a greased and floured loaf pan or mold ring.
