Guest guest Posted May 1, 2001 Report Share Posted May 1, 2001 Amys Cheese Cake Pie Source: myself 3 8oz tubs toffutti cream cheese 6 ener-g eggs-shaken 1 cup sugar 1tsp vanilla 1 cup toffutti sour cream oil powder sugar Pre heat oven to 350 f. Grease and dust with powder sugar 24cm round corningware dish. mix together first 4 ingred. until smooth with beater then beat on high for a few seconds. Dump mixture into dish and bake for 35-60 mins or until top starts to brown. Take out of oven and let cool. Spread 1 cup sour cream on top ( I mix mine with a little powder sugar, or lemon depending on my mood) cover and let set in refrigerator around 6 hours. The longer it cools the better the tastes.
