Guest guest Posted April 25, 2001 Report Share Posted April 25, 2001 Non-Dairy Parmesan Cheese source:3ABN 1/2 cup yellow flake yeast ( nutritional yeast) 1/2 cup. ground sesame seeds 2tsp. garlic powder 1tsp. onion powder 1tsp. bills best chik'nish seasoning ( we never use this) 3tsp lemon juice Combine all ingredients except lemon juice. Place in a blender and blend. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Use just like parmesan cheese. Note: I have never tasted this.
