Guest guest Posted April 27, 2001 Report Share Posted April 27, 2001 Gelatin a la Hawaiian Source: Veggie Lovers Cookbook 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. agar-agar 1 cup pineapple 1 cup fresh strawberries 1 cup coconut juice 3 Tbsp. sorghum 2 Tbsp. coconut meal Place 1/2 cup water in small saucepan, add agar-agar, stir and bring to a boil. Pour agar-agar in blender, add remaining ingredients, except coconut meal. Blend and pur into sherbet glasses, chill. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut meal and garnish with berries.
