Guest guest Posted April 24, 2001 Report Share Posted April 24, 2001 Raspberry Tofu Pudding Source: Vegetarian Cooking the Lazy Way (adapted)Serving Size : 4 1/4 cup raspberry preserves (fruit sweetened)2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon vanilla1 -- 12.3 oz. package silken tofu Use a blender or food processor and puree the raspberry preserves, honey, vanilla, and tofu.
