Guest guest Posted April 18, 2001 Report Share Posted April 18, 2001 ~cheese spread~ this is good on crackers,breads and veggies! 1 sm red bell pepper,chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 c. cashews 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. water 2/3 c. nutritional yeast 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. flax oil or oilive oil 1 tbsp braggs combine and mix in food processor until thick!
