Guest guest Posted April 13, 2001 Report Share Posted April 13, 2001 Boston Baked Beans --------------------- 2 large cans navy beans (rinsed and drained) 1 large onion chopped 1/3 cup molasses 1 tsp dijon mustard (search archives for healthy mustard recipe) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 quart of water or enough to cover ingredients Put all ingredients in a crockpot cook on high for 4 hours and low for next 8 hours for a total of12 hours.
