Creamy Sweet-Sour Salad Dressing

CREAMY SWEET-SOUR FRUIT SALAD DRESSING

combine in blender or food processor and blend till smooth and creamy:

 

1/2 c tofu

1/2 c apple cider vinegar

1/3 c honey or other sweetener

1/4 c oil

2 TBS onion, minced

2 TBS poppy seed

1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

 

I would add a little red food coloring to this for the fruit dip
