Guest guest Posted March 22, 2001 Report Share Posted March 22, 2001 Zesty Italian Marinade 1/2 cup oil, extra virgin olive 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh 1 Tbsp. vegetarian Worchestershire Sauce (Angostora is one brand/Safeway) 1 Tbsp. honey or alternative sweetener 1 Tbsp. onions, minced dried 1 garlic clove, pressed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. red pepper seeds, optional Blend all ingredients in a shaker.
