Guest guest Posted March 22, 2001 Report Share Posted March 22, 2001 Tapioca Pudding - Orange Ambrosia Source: The Benton Sister's Cookbook 1 cup raw cashews 4 cups water 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. orange extract 1/2 cup honey (light mild) or maple syrup 1/3 cup Minute tapioca 1 cup mandarin oranges (canned, whole) 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional) First, make pudding by blending cashews with 1 cup water until smooth.
