Guest guest Posted March 20, 2001 Report Share Posted March 20, 2001 Whipped Creme source: Recipes from the Weimar kitchen 1C. extra rich, cold soy or nut milk 2T honey or date butter 1t. vanilla 1/8t. coconut extract (opt.) pinch of salt 2T. Instant Clear Jel blend all ingredient, except Clear Jel, until very smooth. While blending, add the Clear Jel. COntinue blending until desired consistency is obtained.
