Guest guest Posted March 8, 2001 Report Share Posted March 8, 2001 Baked Soy Beans Source: Rx Recipes Soak 2 cups soy beans overnight in 1 1/2 quarts cold water. Do not drain off water after soaking. Cook in pressure cooker for 2 hours or all day in a regular, covered kettle. When soft, turn into a bean crock and add: 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Savorex (or similar product) 1 bay leaf 1 cup stewed tomatoes 1 small sweet pepper, diced Add water if needed.
