Guest guest Posted March 8, 2001 Report Share Posted March 8, 2001 Pecan Corquettes Source: Rx Recipes 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup cooked rice 1 cup bread crumbs( Instead :oatmeal, cooked millet, ) 1 cup rich soy milk 1 Tbsp. soy flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbspl finely chopped parsley Combine all ingredients. Shape into croquettes. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Brush top with oil using pastry brush. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown or about 45 minutes.
