Guest guest Posted February 9, 2001 Report Share Posted February 9, 2001 This is a great smoothie to get you going in the morning and help you to get the add soy that is so good for our bodys. 1 1/2 cups cold water 2TBS. dry soy milk powder 2 frozen ripe bannanas 2 TBS. soy protein powder Pour water into the blender. Add dry ingredients and blend. Add frozen bannana, make sure to break it into chuncks Blend until smooth. Variation: add 4 frozen strawberries and/or 2 TBS frozen orange juice concentrate. Add these things to the shake NOT instead of bannanas. we use GeniSoy soy milk beverage mix vanilla flavor. but any brand will do, you just have to find one you like.
