I do not remember who posted it, but it has become a favorite in our home. Monkey Bread 2 Large Bannanas 1 3/4 C. Water 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2C. cashews 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 C. oats 1TBS. sweetner (sucunant) Blend all ingred. and dip bread into batter. Cook on a med-low for about 6-7 min each side.
