Guest guest Posted February 20, 2001 Report Share Posted February 20, 2001 Orange-Pineapple Yam Topping Source: Total Health Cookbook 2 cups orange juice 1 cup pineapple juice 3 Tbsp. crushed pineapple 3 Tbsp. cornstarch Dissolve cornstarch in juices. Bring mixture to a boil and continue to boil one minute over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add crushed pineapple. Serve warm over baked yams or baked winter squash. Serves: 6.
