Guest guest Posted January 31, 2001 Report Share Posted January 31, 2001 Chucky Apple syrup source: The New Mcdougall cookbook 1 1/2 c. unsweetend apple juice 2 1/2 tsp. corn starch 1/2tsp. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. ground coriander 1 tart apple, peeled and diced combine the juice, cornstarch, sugar, and coriander ina sauce pan. Cook, stiring, until the mixture thickens and turns clear. temove fromthe heat. Steam the diced apple over a small abount of water until softened, about 5 min.
