Our favorite White Bread

Wet Ingredients

4 e-nergy eggs well beaten

1 tsp. cider vinegar

1/4 cup canola oil

1 1/2 cups water

 

dry ingredients

2 cups white rice flour

1/2 cup potato starch

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1/3 cup cornstarch

1 TBS. xanthan Gum

3 TBS. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

2/3 dry soy milk

2/1/4 tsp. red star active dry yeast

 

conventional method:

Yeast may be used cold, all other ingredients should be at room temp.

combine the dry ingred. in a mixing bowl and whisk together before

adding to the bread pan.

all dry ingred. including the RED STAR active dry yeast, should be

thoroughly blended together before adding on top of the wet ingred.

Mixing them together in a bowl with a wire whisk or shaking the together

ina gallon size self locking bag is suggested. Gluten free flours are

very fine and deed to be well blended.Using a mixer, beat ingred. for

about 10 mins. Check appearance of dough

pour batter into greased bread pan

allow batter to rise approximately 1 hour

bakes at 375 for 45 - 60 mins. use a toothpick to test for doneness.

 

Tip: mix water, sugar, yeast together until yeast is foaming at top

before using. This will make a liter better bread.
