Not to worry, you can always go on a slimming diet in the new year (not much point starting now LOL). But hey, not fair teasing us with all the high-cal foods you ate! This is a *slimming* list, my girl, and we don't even *think* of high cal lest we put on pounds and pounds (well, I do, anyway! :=)) Thanks for the tip about cooking pappadums in an unoiled pan to crisp rather than deep frying them - the deep fried ones of course puff up beautifully, but you can't have everything if you're watching your weight and I've given up pappadums for the sake of my waistline :=( Shall try your system over the next few weeks - my special treat to myself! Thanks for that. Keep chiming in, Marie - you have such wonderful recipes and such great ideas for food that we really need you here!
