Roll Call - Please respond! (Lunch)

For lunches I like to make my veggies into a sandwich. Please fogive any

mistakes I make concerning vegetarian ingredients:

I take a couple slices 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread, load it up

with lettuce or spinach, tomatoes, onion, dill pickles, and mustard.

Sometimes I add sprouts, sometimes mayo (Forgive me for that one) or

whatever other veggies I think might be a good combination on a sandwich.

Sometimes I will have the veggies in Pita Bread.

The pickle and mustard combination adds extra flavor to the sandwich.

These sandwiches have become my favorite lunch.They are easy to throw

together, have lots of options, and are healthy.
