for Responsible Medicine: PCRM.org. It's run by Dr. Neil Barnard, and there is

a wealth of medical and food information for all kinds of issues, especially

diabetes. You will also be able to write in and talk to them about your

specific questions. I do encourage you to check this organization out. They

have a fabulous newsletter also.

Thank you.

i am diabetic, and need to learn more things about

veggies to get my cholesterol and sugar down, and this

group will help me do that.
