Inuries are a problem. Hard to exercise sometimes after an injury (at least, the kind one previously did) and then the pounds go on if one isn't careful. At least that's what has happened to me in the past. But you're right, it'll help to lose weight :=) And who needs those excess pounds anyway! And of course it doesn't hurt to watch what you eat, eh? Did that! Merry and Martha were real honeys :=) You must have been thrilled with their success! Our beagles, I'm afraid, would win no awards at all, but both are 'perfect' in their different ways. Of course, the 'award' they *should* win is for tolerating us with all our peculiarities and for looking after us both so well. Being beagles, they like to remind us when it's time to be in the kitchen and just *love* to help clean up 'accidentally' dropped bits from the chopping board. Mama's little helpers.
