Sorry, Erin, I kinda lost the plot there - of course you were speaking of raw

vegetables. An

old fave of mine is a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of rosemary on thinly sliced

raw

carrots or matchstick carrot sticks.

 

Yes, cabbage makes a great wrap for other veg goodies - and *much* much better

than

the hideous iceberg lettuce of years ago.
