Actually, they seldom make it to the steamer,

but that would work. ;)

 

Other favorites are sea veggie flakes on cauliflower

and nutritional yeast, with its delicious cheesey

flavor, in steamed collards with tomato paste.

 

Cabbages also make great wrappers for that quick raw

snack. Throw some onions and garlic in the middle

and pour on the spices. Yum.

 

Here's hoping our newbie friend finds some of these

enticing enough to help her increase her veggie

consumption! :)
