<Has anyone found a diet that it vegetarian friendly? I tried WW and

had a very hard time with it, plues I don't like paying( and the

price

went up a couple dollars) to step on the scale and listen to people

who could not help me. They are great with menu help and ideals if

you eat meat but not that helpful if you don't. I think they are not

educated with different health needs plus just don't know. There

answer was check the website. I even called the office and talked to

people and they could not help. >

 

I found 2 books useful. " Eat to Live " by Joel Furhaman M.D. (they have a

group on ) and " Fit for Life not Fat for Life " by Harvey Diamond (there is

a online group too but not very active. They have been helpful for me.

 

I have been trying to increase to at least 50% raw food. Harvey calls all

other food " dead " : - )

 

I am not successful in doing the 50% yet but I do consistantly eat fresh

fruit until noon and raw veggies with other foods. Probably 40%
