YOUR PERSONAL EATING/LIVING STYLE: Match ONE of the

questions below as closely as you can to your current diet/lifestyle.

o I'm a strict vegan - I consume no animals (including anything that walks,

crawls, swims, flies, etc.) or foods from animals, nor do I use or wear any

animal products whatsoever.

o I'm a strict vegetarian / dietary vegan (I don't eat animals, as defined

above, or animal products), but I use/wear some animal products. I may or may

not sometimes consume honey or pollen.

o I'm a lacto-vegetarian (no animals but I eat dairy

o I'm an ovo-vegetarian (no animals but I eat eggs)

o I'm an lacto-ovo vegetarian (no animals but I eat eggs and dairy)

o I'm a 'pesco'-vegetarian (no animals of land or air but I still eat some

fish, 'seafood' or other creatures of the water)

o I am a 'pollo'-vegetarian (no other animals except for chicken and perhaps

other birds)

o I am a pollo-pesco-vegetarian (I eat fish and poultry, as defined above)

o I'm not quite a vegetarian because I eat some animal life on a very

occasional basis, such as on major holidays - eg. New Year or major celebrations

with friends and family.

o I'm an omnivore - I eat any kind of animal I like, but I like to eat lots of

vegetarian dishes too.

o I don't do anything even remotely vegetarian, but I do like to watch ;=)
