Hey all,

My wife and I have been vegan for several years and

this is the first I've heard about a link between Flax

Seed Oil and Prostate Cancer. Due to my family

history I watch this topic pretty carefully...and

recently I saw something (pointed out to me by my

father) that I thought applicable to the conversation.

Granted the site does mention fish oils, but I'm sure

that's primarily for Omega3s.

Thanks for this link Rob, very interesting for those concerned about

prostate conditions. Essentially it proposes a strict vegan diet, plus

appropriate exercise and stress management techniques, to reverse the growth

of early prostate cancer. I'll forgive them the reference to fish oils!
