Guest guest
Just thought I'd tell you before you gave up brown rice that there are all sorts of critters in many different foods (i.e. the buggies in broccoli and leeks, and spring onions) that sometimes cannot be seen and sometimes do not come out when the produce is washed. In prepared foods that we buy I can imagine and indeed have read several articles way back when that prepared foods are allowed a certain amount of " critter " debris or pieces by the FDA since it is virtually impossible to keep critters out of food being stored. My mom and I heard a report on the news some years back that Jiff Peanut Butter had the least amount of rat feces compared to other peanut butters. I was thankful then that I made my own peanut butter and my mom was thankful that she ate Jiff. LOL Even organic cow's milk is allowed a certain amount of pus in it from the infections that the cow's get. Soy milk sure sounds good to me. LOL God's Peace, Gayle
