A Welcome and an Explanation

Hi everyone,

 

Sorry for being off the air even more than I had anticipated - just one of those

things, I'm afraid. This week the crisis was flooding in our new place - the

aircon. Wouldn't ya just know! It's in the process of being fixed up (if the guy

is

able to come back today, that is) and we're in the process of drying stuff out,

inc luding the carpet of course. Nothing like wet carpet to wake you up in the

mornings!

 

And of course we are now waiting for the other shoe to drop.

 

But welcome everyone to the group - I see quite a few newbies and it's really

good to have you all here. I'll look forward to talking to you all on the list

soonest! Meanwhile, enjoy, chat, read our stuff (Recipes in our Files section

for starters!).
