But now that I am REALLY committed to the weight loss, I'm finding I am satisfied with Kashi GoLean cereal for my portable snacking. The protein and fat contents are helping me reach my goals. I keep some in a small container in my purse or beach bag. I take a small apple and lots of water along too. I also like spending less time in the kitchen near temptations. I spend the extra time doing pleasant activities like walking or a yoga session. Getting there one decision at a time.
