I've got some Makaibari Silver Tips which is great stuff. Rooibos I can now

find in my grocery store - organic section. I think it tastes like tree bark or

maybe steeped mulch since it's red. But it's not totally unpleasant & good for

the evening when I don't want the caffeine. My all time fave is the really,

really gooooooood oolong. Ooh baby, mmmmmmm. Good Jasmine is tasty too. I

just kinda switch around between the white/silver tips, oolong, dragon pearl

green & jasmine. LOVE tea.

Now wasn't that informative, lol. Good day, all...Bethie

Also, rooibus tea (from South Africa) is supposed to have pretty much the same

health benefits as green tea without any caffeine whatsoever. (It's not really

tea.)

My favorite tea is a white tea called Silver Needle (or Silver Rain). It's

rather expensive, but very good.
