Guest guest
I've got some Makaibari Silver Tips which is great stuff. Rooibos I can now find in my grocery store - organic section. I think it tastes like tree bark or maybe steeped mulch since it's red. But it's not totally unpleasant & good for the evening when I don't want the caffeine. My all time fave is the really, really gooooooood oolong. Ooh baby, mmmmmmm. Good Jasmine is tasty too. I just kinda switch around between the white/silver tips, oolong, dragon pearl green & jasmine. LOVE tea. Now wasn't that informative, lol. Good day, all...Bethie Annice Grinberg <annice wrote: Also, rooibus tea (from South Africa) is supposed to have pretty much the same health benefits as green tea without any caffeine whatsoever. (It's not really tea.) My favorite tea is a white tea called Silver Needle (or Silver Rain). It's rather expensive, but very good.
