Beginning tomorrow!!! Need answers.

Thank you all for the awesome advice and support. I ate my last high

fat, meat ladden meal tonight. Tomorrow is Sunday, the first day of

the week. Time to turn over a new leaf. I don't have the palate for

alot of fruits and only a few veggies, its a texture thing. I'm sure

I can work through it.

 

I want to make sure that my meals are balanced. Can someone offer me

information on the following:

 

How large should my portions be?

 

Is there a caloric intake I should be watching to lose weight?

 

How many meals a day should I eat?

 

What percentages of foods should I have per meal. Ex:

grains/fruits/veggies/protiens (tofu and soy etc..)?

 

What should I do when I feel hungry? I know I will!
