It's definitely time for you to all hit the Polls - or the Poll that's up there

right

now asking if you're on a 'diet' right now and letting you say which one.

 

Thirteen people have answered so far. And only four say that they are on a

'diet' - the others saying that they are not or that yes they are because they

are

eating healthily (interpreting 'diet' as a way of eating, not weightloss).

 

Now that's fine. But 27 people voted in the last poll to say whether they did or

didn't want to lose weight and how much. And of those 27 only three said they

were happy with their weight as it is now. So either the people who voted last

time are not voting this time - which kinda defeatsw the purpose of the Poll

LOL - OR (and this is a scary thought) the people who want to lose from

anything from 'five pounds or less' to 'more than 75 pounds' are hoping that it

will all go away on its own. Siggghhhhh. Wouldn't that be nice! ;=) I wish.

 

It helps everyone here, including yer moderators, to know what kinds of

advice, recipes and support you need if we know what you're doing to lose

weight! So why not click into the Polls and tell us.

 

(Btw, the calorie-counting / smaller portions category is there for those who

simply eat less or eat less fattening foods in order to lose weight. The 'eating

healthily' is there to account for those who are here for their health but are

not

trying to lose weight. The first two are there because you might as well vote on

something if you've taken the trouble to click in! LOL)

 

Okay, off you go! Let us know. The Poll is fixed so that no one will see your

email addy - not even the moderators.

Besides, I'm really curious. I'm one of those who voted that she eats smaller

portions (and fewer calories, since I'm old enough to remember how to count

em). It's not the only way!
