But I want to point out, in case it is not clear, that there are vegetarian versions of all the diets listed - I don't say they work or are particularly healthy ;=) I am not, therefore, asking you to 'admit' to eating non-vegetarian food nor am I in any way suggesting that it is a good idea to do so (that would be rather anti-vegetarian, to say the least!). Many of you said in the last poll that you were really trying to lose weight - should I perhaps have added exercise to the list as in No, no 'diet' just more exercise?
