Guest guest Posted February 22, 2005 Report Share Posted February 22, 2005 A query about who might be on the South Beach diet leads me to ask an obvious question to *ALL* members: If you are on a weight-loss/slimming diet, which one are you currently on? I am assuming, to avoid arguments or difficulty here, that all diets named will be vegetarian or at least vegetarian versions of normally non-vegetarian diets ;=) - okay? Let's hear it! Guest guest Posted March 1, 2005 Report Share Posted March 1, 2005 I'm not specifically on any sort of diet, other than having a vegetarian lifestyle, but I thought I'd share my exercise plan for those of you trying to lose weight. My local library has a large selection of work out videos. There's yoga, tae bo, walking, belly dancing, aerobics, and many others. You can only check out videos for a week, so each week I get to try something new. It keeps me from getting bored, and if I don't like a program, I just take it back and get something different.
