Guest guest
Kirsten, I have a 64 ounce container with a straw in the top that I use to drink water. I fill it in the morning, sometimes with ice (depending on the temperature and what I will be doing), sometimes I use room temperature water and sometimes I use warm water. I keep it within reach (and sight) throughout the day so that I am reminded to drink. I am more or less a " camel " and used to go all day without drinking anything. It took awhile for me to get used to drinking anything at all let alone 64 ounces a day. When I started, I used all sorts of containers but I found this one helped me the most. I don't have to refill it during the day which I find to be a plus. The straw has a cap to it so even though it doesn't fit in the drink holder in my van, I can still set it down on the floor or seat next to me. If it tips over, it doesn't spill. It's also insulated and doesn't sweat when I do put cold water in it which I love. I've gotten so good at drinking the water from this container, I sometimes will go through 1 1/2 - 2 containers a day. I also do as Maidawg suggested and put lime in the water sometimes. Guest guest
Hi Tom, Were you meaning me or Kirsten about the bottle? If me, no it's not the same one. The ones I use holds 64 ounces, is insulated, and has a handle. I got them at WalMart. One is pretty neat - it has all sorts of facts about drinking water on the outside. I also like it because I can put my Rose Hips tea in it and it stays hot to very warm all day.
