Guest guest
Once again, I am here asking a dumb question. So...is fresh tofu or organic tofu considered " processed soy " . You know, I try to do the right thing...eat the " better " foods, but it seems like when I really get the gist of something...I'm off base once again. Guest guest
No matter what foods are available someone someplace will have a problem with it. Dairy and meats are pretty obvious. I am personally allergic or sensitive to Soy products. Some folks limit fresh fruit because of carbohydrates. Still others cannot eat raw veggies because they cannot digest them. Others say processed or cooked food in any form is not good. That basically leaves water. Well much of our water isn't even safe to drink. So where does that leave us? Starving? Well that wont work either. Your best bet is to keep a food diary and log what you eat, when you eat it, and how you feel after. I figured out after much trial and error that the Soy was causing the hives and skin rashes on my hands. I couldn't even knit. BTW even knitting is a problem if it has wool in it. Not that I endorse using wool it is just that yarn with wool fibers in it cause me to break out too. I can only be supportive of you while you are on your road to discovery in your body's own nutritional needs. There is much debate over whether Soy is good or not. That is a hot topic right now in this group. I am going to keep my mitts out of it since I don't eat it anyways.
