vitamins

Hi everyone. I'm a full time college student, have a part time job,

and live in a house with 3 non-vegetarians so it's really hard for me

to eat healthy at the moment. I know I need to make sure I get

enough protein, iron, and B12, but I was wondering if there was

anything else I need to watch out for. Also, does anyone know of a

good vegetarian multi-vitamin (gelatin free of course)? Thanks for

any help.
