If nothing more you learn to breathe healthy. I have been a shallow breather all my life... Oxycise has helped me breathe more healthy. They even have an " Easy Does It " video set for those with physical impairments or older generation or those recovery from health issues such as a surgery. This would also be an excellent alternative for exercise with toddlers... let the kids join in... Check the web site out at www.oxycise.com if nothing more than some useful info. The workouts are only 15 minutes and doable. It mostly focuses on proper breathing in conjuction with stretching. If this sounds like an ad--- I'm sorry, it's not--- just want to share this with others. Congrats on your accomplishment so far, and keep up the great work! Guest guest Posted February 3, 2005 Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 Oxygen happens to be the most important part of exercising... you cant burn fat with out an adequate amount of oxygen... if you are exercising and you cant talk to some one at the same time.... You are not doing much good... Being out of breath when you're exercising is a sure indication you didn't warm up properly.
