Guest guest
Hi, It seems that high blood sugar is a concern of several people on this list. I have read several seemingly reliable sources that state that supplementing with chromium picolinate regulates the blood sugar, and is recommended for people at high risk for diabetes. (Check on the Internet.) This was confirmed by a gerentologist (sp?) here in Rehovot. I have a VERY strong family history of diabetes, and have been taking chromium picolinate for a number of years -- first 200 mcg/day then increasing to 500 mcg/day. So far my blood sugar has been very stable and in the normal range, though family members with diabetes were all diagnosed when they were younger than I am.
