Guest guest
Hi, Pat asked for my source of not taking magnesium with other minerals. It was a nurse friend of mine -- she usually knows what she's talking about. BTW, one reason I take calcium supplements (aside from the fact that my doctor recommended them) is that I have borderline osteoporosis. I take 1200 mg a day. and it's hard to get that amount from food. I used to have low hemoglobin, and had to take an iron supplement, but since menopause my hemoglobin has been normal. There are a few benefits to getting older. Annice

Medical training doesn't do nutrition in a big way ;=) (was that a fair assessment of medical training? Yeah, I think so!) > BTW, one reason I take calcium supplements (aside > from the fact that my > doctor recommended them) is that I have borderline > osteoporosis. LOL yeah! Thanks for answering. Best love, Pat ;=)
